Brierley Memorial Lecture this September 24, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. Professor Emmanuel Gaillard, one of the world’s leading international arbitration experts, will deliver his lecture entitled “L’ordre juridique arbitral : réalité, spécificité et utilité”. Emmanuel Gaillard is Professor of Law at Université de Paris XII, Chairman of the International Arbitration Institute and head of the international arbitration practice of the law firm of Shearman & Sterling.
